Cancel the order


We accept cancellations before product shipment or production. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.

Late or missed refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund can be posted.
