We offer multiple shipping methods to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Product Photos
Before shipping your order, we will send you product photos for your confirmation. This is to ensure that the items meet your expectations and are free from defects. Once you confirm that the products are satisfactory, we will proceed with shipping. If you notice any issues in the photos, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve them before shipment.
4. No Refund or Exchange Policy
◦ All shoe orders (custom and non-custom): Once you have confirmed the product photos and we have shipped your order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This policy applies to both custom and non-custom shoes. Please ensure that you carefully review the product photos and confirm your satisfaction before we proceed with shipping.
◦ Custom shoes: Due to the personalized nature of custom shoe orders, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please be sure to review the product photos we send before confirming shipment.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us before confirming shipment.
6. International Shipping
We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to tariffs, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend consulting your local customs office for more information.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
CCKICK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you have any concerns about the delivery status, please contact the carrier directly.
